We partnered with Adobe to design an interactive onboarding playbook using Tiled’s microapp platform. This onboarding tool aimed to streamline and personalize the experience for new hires, while supporting managers with actionable resources and reminders throughout the onboarding process.

Gathered feedback from HR, managers, and new hires to understand onboarding pain points and opportunities for improvement.

UX Strategy & Flow Design:

Designed structured weekly tasks for new employees, ensuring clear expectations and progressive learning.

Created manager-facing content with weekly reminders and mentorship checklists to support employee success.

Organized extensive resource libraries for easy access to tools, policies, and training materials.

Visual Design & Prototyping:

Delivered a visually engaging microapp experience aligned with Adobe’s brand identity.

Applied strong hierarchy and interactive elements to make the experience intuitive and motivating for users.

Continuous Iteration:

Actively refined and updated the microapp based on ongoing feedback and evolving business needs.
